Satya reserves the right to request the product to be shipped back Satya, before refund, at your cost. Please keep your return shipping receipt and after our inspection, we will determine if the product qualifies to have Satya pay the return shipping cost as well.
Flat-Rate Shipping
- $10 flat rate shipping across Canada.
- All orders ship within 2–3 business days (no weekends or holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Carriers

We usually ship with Canada Post. If service is interrupted (e.g., strike or delays), we’ll try our best to use an alternative carrier to get your order to you.
Damages
- If your order arrives damaged or missing, please keep the packaging and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
